EmployeeCare is a care service strategy available to all employees and their immediate family members.
These services are confidential and voluntary.
As a partner with your current EAP strategy, EmployeeCare is glad to work with HR in implementing these services. For each company, we provide an initial launch meeting detailing to employees what is available. On a quarterly basis, we will provide HR (or designated contact) with a usage report while retaining the confidentiality of the employee.
